Birthday Parties and Hosted Events

Come and celebrate your child’s birthday at Monart!

We provide a safe environment for creative exploration, experienced art instructors, professional art supplies and the following:

Personalized Monart Invitations (Additional Cost) - for you to mail.

All paper goods and drinks (Additional Cost).

A Monart T-shirt with transferred artwork for the Birthday Child.

Matted Monart painting for each child of their work.

All the set-up, clean-up and a dedicated party host included.

Drawing party (Minimum party fee of $159 for up to 10 kids. Add $8 for each additional child to a maximum of 15 kids)

A Monart drawing party is customized based on your child’s interests. You can pick from one of several age-appropriate themes. The choice is yours. The party includes a 75 Minute Monart drawing lesson taught by experienced Monart art instructor(s) followed by a 45 minute celebration.

A $75.00 Deposit is required at booking and will be applied to your total bill upon settlement. Deposit is refundable if given a 48 hour notice prior to scheduled party date, otherwise, deposit is non-refundable.

Weather Cancellations:

We will be open if there is any way possible regardless of the weather. If you would like to postpone your party/event because of severe snow or ice, please call us at a minimum of 6 hours prior to your scheduled party/event time or before if appropriate, and we will make arrangements to postpone your party/event. Please call directly to the studio at 859.746.2787 and leave a message if no one answers, or call 859.240.0094 to reach us via mobile phone. We will call you back as soon as possible.
